Welcome to BU Fitness, a new brand for fitness and health in South Tyneside. 


Established in January 2015, BU Fitness is entering it's 2nd year as a fledgling fitness company in South Tyneside. 


2015 was a huge success with the establishment of East Boldon's first outdoor fitness sessions at Mundles Lane park. With the choice of 4 sessions and a fantastic backdrop the FitCamp sessions proved to be a great success throughout the summer months, whatever the weather!


As the clocks went back and the nights became darker we moved the FitCamp sessions indoors, taking advantage of the great indoor spaces East Boldon has to offer - the recently refurbished Scout Hut and the ever popular URC hall on Front Street. 


FitCamp continued to grow towards the end of 2015 and now in early 2016 we have new members turning up almost every week as word spreads around South Tyneside about the sessions, their variety and how much fun we have getting fit. With a mix of veterans, who have been with us since the very start, and new members we have a lovely mix of ages, abilities and fitness levels.

Monday @ 7:15pm (East Boldon Scout Hut, in the Grey Horse car park)


Wednesday @ 7:30pm (United Reformed Church Hall, Front Street, East Boldon)


Friday @ 6:15pm (East Boldon Scout Hut, in the Grey Horse car park)


Sunday @ 11.00am (Mundles Lane Park, East Boldon)

Affordable and scheduled around your day, 1:1 sessions can offer a personalised way to get fitter and achieve your goals. Whenever, wherever, whatever suits you. At work on your lunch break, at home after work, in the park after the school run. I have a number of clients who enjoy specific training sessions built around their goals. Whether that's losing weight or inches, toning for the perfect beach body or training for the Great North Run. We are lucky to have some beautiful training locations throughout South Tyneside and Sunderland such as Bents Park, The Leas, Roker Park and of course, the beaches!!
